The PID framework is provided with a set of packages that provide common utilities for C++ developpers.
Some of these packages are deeply bound to the PID development methodology and more particularly are interfaced with CMake description of packages:
- pid-rpath for the management runtime resources like configuration and log files, automating resolution of their path.
- pid-log a logging utility, that particularly allows to control and discriminate the generation of logs by components (libraries and applications).
- pid-modules for the development of DLL and plugin based applications.
- pid-tests a testing utility library based on catch2 test framework.
