This library is usable with std::string and C style strings in C++11 mode.

In C++17 mode, std::string_view becomes usable.

In C++20 mode, std::string hash can be used in constexpr contexts.

In any mode, two user defined literals hs and hws are provided to hash (wide) string literals at compile time.
